Fall's path
I was inspired by this beautiful fall's scene. I painted it in soft pastel with vodka as an underpainting. I first applied a Cretacolor Payne's gray pastel and a pale NuPastel Vermilion. I added the vodka with a brush. The chemistry between vodka and these 2 colors is striking! The vermillion turns pale pink in some places and we also see transparency in the paper. Then, I apply the colors with soft pastels. It gives a look like oil painting! I love vokda as underpainting and not for drinking!!
