Keeper of Autumn Secrets

I am an oil painter; a fellow artist recently introduced me to the velvety magic of soft pastels. It was love at first stroke. Luscious and sensual, soft pastels have made me fall in love with drawing all over again! This portrait of my kitty Nik, a rescue and much beloved Maine Coon, was a passion project. Though colossal in size, Nik is a gentle titan, with an aura of nobility befitting his majestic appearance. Thank you for looking!
